IF I BE LIFTED UP

-John 12:32,33 states, … And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me. This He said, signifying what death He should die …

-What part of this passage do we not understand? Was Jesus lifted up from the earth? … YES! Will Jesus draw all men unto Himself? … YES!

-As we have stated in previous teachings, the word “draw” that is used in verse 22 comes from the Greek word “helkuo”. It means to draw with love, but it can also mean to DRAG WITH FORCE! Jesus clearly stated … that if I am lifted up from the earth ( speaking of His death on the cross ), I WILL DRAW ALL MEN UNTO ME … HOW PLAIN CAN IT BE! JESUS WILL DRAW ALL MEN UNTO HIMSELF! BELIEVE IT! PROCLAIM IT!

-This declares that the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ was an absolute universal victory!!! He really is … THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD! You can voluntarily come to the love of Jesus, or He will drag you in to know His love. He loves each and every one of us SO MUCH! He will stop at nothing! HE WILL HAVE ALL MEN TO COME TO HIS LOVE AND FORGIVENESS!

-Did your parents ever drag you into something that you did not want to do? Well … Sure they have. As we get older we realize that the things that our parents made us do were for our benefit. We have all learned valuable lessons from things in life that we did not want to do. Why would your parents drag you into something that you did not want to do? BECAUSE THEY LOVE YOU! BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO LEARN! BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU! BECAUSE WE NEED TO BE CORRECTED! In the same sense, God is going to draw all men unto Himself.

-God will not allow His love to be defeated by any person! HIS LOVE WILL CONQUER ALL! He was lifted up from the earth. He will draw all men unto Himself! Jesus is a ransom for all, to be testified in due time …
