#3 THE TRUSTWORTHINESS OF THE BIBLE
-In the trustworthiness of the Bible as containing a revelation from God.
According to Keith Newman:
-"The authenticity of the Holy Bible has been attacked at regular intervals by atheists and theologians
alike but none have explained away the mathematical seal beneath its surface. It would seem the Divine Hand has moved to prevent
counterfeiting in the pages of the Bible in a similar manner to the line that runs through paper money. Bible numerics appears
to be God's watermark of authenticity." ( Is God A Mathematician?, Keith Newman )
According to Ray Knight:
-"Dr. E.W.Bullinger was a direct descendant of the Bullinger of the Swiss Reformation. He lived from 1837 -
1913 and was a mighty spiritual man as well deep into the Word of God. He discovered numerical patterns in scripture and creation
which led him to believe that His God had purposely placed it there for a reason. His insight to creation and the numerical
patterns in God’s Word are especially precious. Dr. Ivan Panin, a converted Russian Nihilist, later a Harvard scholar,
professor and mathematician . . . he once tutored Albert Einstein . . . learned Greek and Hebrew in four years. He then added
Aramaic to his skills. He, quite separately from Bullinger, discovered the mathematical construction of scripture as seen
in the two languages used . . . Hebrew and Greek. These two men of God spent many years recording their works and we have
access to their findings today and are sincerely blessed by the insight that they have shown us. The ‘seal of sevens’
on all scripture of our Bible was mind-boggling . . . Panin and his assistant were converted through their discovery. Panin
died in 1942 after spending the remainder of his life in the Word unveiling its mighty treasures." ( Bible Numbers Are

According to Keith Newman:
-"Let's take the number seven as an illustration of the way the patterns work. Seven is the most prolific of
the mathematical series which binds scripture together. The very first verse of the Bible "In the beginning God created the
heaven and the earth" (Gen 1:1), contains over 30 different combinations of seven. This verse has seven Hebrew words having
a total of 28 letters 4 x 7. The numeric value of the three nouns "God", "heaven" and "earth" totals 777. Any number in triplicate
expresses complete, ultimate or total meaning. Also tightly sealed up with sevens are the genealogy of Jesus, the account
of the virgin birth and the resurrection. Seven occurs as a number 187 times in the Bible (41 x 7), the phrase "seven-fold"
occurs seven times and "seventy" occurs 56 times (7 x 8). In the Book of Revelation seven positively shines out: there are
seven golden candlesticks, seven letters to seven churches, a book sealed with seven seals, seven angels standing before the
Lord with seven trumpets, seven thunders and seven last plagues. In fact there are over 50 occurrences of the number seven

According to Ray Knight:
-"The ‘Wonderful Numberer’ showed forth His great care by making the total for every
paragraph in the Bible have its total value that was exactly divisible by 7. A true ‘seal’ on His word.
A modern computer was used to try and copy God’s supernatural pattern in just writing a single paragraph: it failed
miserably! It was estimated that the chance of succeeding was one in many billions!" ( Bible Numbers Are Mighty, Ray

-If all this undeniable information was not enough, the Bible itself clearly states that it is the literal “God-breathed”
living Word of the Creator. ( Read 2nd Timothy 3:16 and 2nd Peter 1:20,21. ) The Holy Scriptures are
a miracle of God. They are trustworthy, inspired, and contain a revelation from God to man. They are to be read, studied,
and cherished above all other writings on planet earth. The Bible is a lamp unto our feet, and a light unto our path ( Psalm
119:105 ).
